Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size of the product.

How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time.

Pre-Ship Processing / Production Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for the production of your products. We need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.

Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office. As of 12/2009 we are now using FedEx GROUND shipping services due to speed of delivery time in most cases your order will arrive to you 1 to 4 business day from ship date. Once your order is placed you will get an update with expected shipping date, once your order has shipped you will be updated information with tracking information and when the order will arrive to you. With FedEx GROUND service most orders we ship out arrive to our customers within 1 to 3 days depending on your location.

Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process.

It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.

It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign.

If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt.

If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees and Return Shipping Fees. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.

If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Please contact our Customer Care Center by email for further instructions on how to process your return. If there was an error on our part, please call us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Our Customer Care hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (EST) Saturday and Sunday.
